Alignment
Define what success means to you now, not what it meant at 21, or what the external world says it should be.
Do I know what I want next, why I want it and what I am no longer willing to trade away?
For experienced women in Finance, Risk, Audit and professional services
Lead your next career move with clarity and courage.
A live, six-week career strategy Circle for a small group of experienced professional women who know they are capable of more, and want a clearer, more sustainable way to move forward.
You do not need to work harder to prove your value. You need the clarity, strategy and courage to use what you have already built.
Applying does not commit you to payment.
Applications are reviewed to create a thoughtful, relevant and confidential peer group.
If this sounds familiar
You have built experience, expertise and a reputation for delivering. Yet the recognition, opportunity or direction you expected has not quite followed.
Your next move should not depend on working harder, waiting longer or hoping the right person finally notices.
What will be different
This is a structured, live process that helps you see where you are, decide what matters now and move forward with greater clarity.
From capable but unclear, overlooked or overextended to clearer, more intentional and ready to act.

About me
I created Career Wealth because I know what it is to build a career through hard work, capability and momentum, and still realise that effort alone is not a strategy.
Many highly capable women have built more value than they know how to name or use. They may have deep experience, expertise and resilience, yet still feel held back by unclear direction, limited visibility, the wrong relationships or an unsustainable way of working.
My work combines strategic career thinking with the space to reflect honestly, challenge old assumptions and take courageous action. I bring more than two decades of experience across Finance, Risk, Audit and Learning & Development, alongside executive coaching and career-transition practice.
In their words
I was sceptical about coaching. But Alicia’s probing questions uncovered ideas and ambitions I didn’t realise were buried so deeply. After just five sessions, I have a new direction, renewed purpose, and genuine re-engagement in my career. The hard work is still mine, but I finally have clarity about the future I want.
Alicia understands the world I operate in and asks the questions others won’t. She helped me think strategically about where I was heading while staying honest about what mattered to me beyond the role, and I came away with a clearer plan and a far better balance between my professional and personal priorities.
Alicia created a space that felt safe, constructive and genuinely supportive. She’s helped me reframe situations I once saw as criticism into opportunities for clarity. I’ve learned to celebrate my own strengths without waiting for external validation.
From one-to-one coaching clients. Roles are given in place of names to protect confidentiality.
What is Career Wealth?
Many of us grew up believing that a successful career followed a familiar path: work hard, prove yourself, move up and keep going.
For a while, that ladder made sense. But work has changed, and so may the life, ambition and definition of success you had when you first started climbing it.
The next step may no longer look the same. You may not want it in the same way. Or you may simply be unsure what you want now.
Your career is not just something you progress through. It is something you build, protect and rebalance over time.
Career Wealth is not a title, salary or linear climb.
It is the value, resilience and choice you build when your work is aligned with who you are, makes use of your capability, is recognised by the right people, supported by strong relationships and sustainable for the life you want.
It helps experienced professional women turn the careers they have built into greater choice, influence, security and sustainability.
The five dimensions of Career Wealth
A clear strategy matters. But before you can decide what to do next, you need to understand what success means to you now, recognise the value you bring and be ready to act on it.
Define what success means to you now, not what it meant at 21, or what the external world says it should be.
Do I know what I want next, why I want it and what I am no longer willing to trade away?
Recognise the value you bring and decide what experience, skills or perspective you need next.
Can I clearly articulate my strengths, experience and future value?
Make your contribution visible, understood and trusted by the people who shape opportunity.
Do the right people understand the impact I create and see me as ready?
Build the sponsors, advocates, peers and connectors your next move requires.
Do I have the right people around me for where I want to go?
Build ambition that protects your energy, wellbeing, financial security and capacity for choice.
Is the way I am working sustainable for the career and life I want?
When one area is underdeveloped, it can limit what all the others make possible.
Take the free next-move assessment for a useful private starting point across all five areas.
The journey
This is a live, facilitated Circle, not another course to complete and forget.
Across six weeks, you will create protected space to reflect, be challenged and turn insight into practical action.
You will leave with a 90-day strategy, supported implementation, one confidential coaching session and a live Implementation Circle.
Take stock of where you are, what has shaped your career and the question you are really trying to answer.
Identify the patterns and old success scripts that may still be influencing your next move.
You leave with
Clarify what success means to you now, not what it meant when you first started out.
Consider your direction, values, energy, ambition, trade-offs and the conditions your next move needs to meet.
You leave with
Recognise the experience, judgement and strengths you have already built. Then identify the few gaps that genuinely matter for where you want to go.
This is not about finding more reasons to improve yourself. It is about knowing what to deepen, build, translate, stop undervaluing or stop doing.
You leave with
Clarify what you want to be known for, make your contribution easier to understand and build visibility without becoming performative.
Map the stakeholders, sponsors, advocates and conversations that can support your next move.
You leave with
A career path is not a good strategy if it leaves you depleted, overextended or without real choice.
Look honestly at energy, workload, boundaries, career risk and the practical conditions that make ambition sustainable.
You leave with
Turn your learning into a focused 90-day strategy.
Choose the actions, relationships, experiments and conversations that move you forward, and plan for the obstacles that may get in the way.
You leave with
Putting it into practice
Then comes the part that matters: using your 90-day strategy in the real world.
For approximately 30 to 45 days, you will have light, structured support to take your first actions, learn from what happens and keep moving forward.
Take the conversation, boundary, visibility action or career experiment into real life.
Use prompts, practical tools and peer accountability to notice what is working, what is difficult and what needs to change.
Return for a live Implementation Circle in late January, on a date confirmed before the programme begins.
This is not about getting everything done in 30 days. It is about beginning to act differently, and learning from the action.
What is included
Six 90-minute online sessions combining focused teaching, journaling, group coaching, peer discussion and practical action.
A digital guide to capture your reflections, evidence, relationships, strategy and progress.
Simple templates, prompts and selected short resources that support the live work, without becoming another course to keep up with.
A structured peer connection to help you say what you want, take action and stay connected to your commitments.
One included 60-minute confidential session for the career question, decision or conversation that needs individual attention.
A live follow-up session to review progress, troubleshoot obstacles and decide what comes next.
This is not a promise of promotion. It is structured support to help you become clearer, more intentional and better positioned for the opportunities you want.

Designed for a demanding career
Each live Circle lasts 90 minutes. Allow approximately 45 to 60 minutes between sessions for reflection and one practical action.
This is designed for demanding professional lives. You will not be asked to complete hours of video content or add a long list of tasks to an already full week.
Instead, you will create protected space for the career you are already building.
The six live Circles run on Fridays from 6 November to 11 December 2026, 11:30am to 1:00pm UK time, so you finish before the end of the year and begin the new one with your strategy already in motion. The live Implementation Circle will take place in late January, with the exact date confirmed before the programme begins.
Who this is for
You do not need a perfect plan before you begin. You need enough clarity to take the next well-chosen step.
The Founding Circle
This is the first live Circle. I am inviting a small group of women to join at a founding-member investment.
You will receive the complete programme, live facilitation, practical tools, one-to-one coaching and a carefully designed peer experience. In return, I ask for your full participation and honest perspective along the way.
Future cohorts are expected to be offered at a higher investment as the programme evolves.
Submitting an application does not commit you to payment. Suitable applicants will receive next-step details before any payment is requested.

Apply
I am looking for a small group of women who are ready to think strategically about what comes next, participate fully and help shape the first Career Wealth Circle.
Applying does not commit you to payment.
Questions before you apply? Email me at alicia@alicianoble.com. Prefer to talk first? Book a connection call.
I read every application myself and will reply within two working days. If the Circle looks like a good fit, I will invite you to a connection call, so we can talk through what you would like to get out of it in more detail, and you can get to know me.
You will also receive an email confirming that I have received your application.
Questions
It is a live, facilitated Career Wealth Circle that combines focused teaching, guided reflection, group coaching and practical action. You will learn the method, apply it to your own situation and receive support as you turn insight into a next-move strategy.
No. You do not need a fully formed plan. The Circle is designed to help you create more clarity about what you want, what you already bring and what needs to change for your next move to become possible.
The founding cohort is designed especially for women in finance, risk, audit and professional-services environments because those shared contexts can create a particularly useful peer experience. The Career Wealth method applies more broadly to experienced professional women, and applications from adjacent fields are welcome.
No. This is not a job-search programme. It is for women who want to become more intentional and better positioned, whether they are pursuing promotion, broadening their remit, rebuilding after burnout, questioning the next rung or preparing for opportunities before they arise.
The founding Circle uses a simple private programme hub, live sessions, email prompts and peer accountability, not another app to manage. The purpose is to reduce friction and support action. The future community will be shaped by what founding participants find genuinely valuable.
Each live Circle lasts 90 minutes. Allow approximately 45 to 60 minutes between sessions for reflection and one practical action. There is rarely a convenient time to think strategically about your career. The question is not whether you can add more to your week; it is whether you can create protected space for the career you are already building.
The Circle is designed as a live experience because the conversation, reflection and peer learning matter. Please aim to attend at least five of the six sessions. Sessions will be recorded only with the consent of all participants. Recordings are there for members of the Circle who miss a session, and will not be shared beyond the group.
You will use the Career Wealth Working Guide, short reflection prompts and practical templates to apply the work to your real career. You will also have a peer accountability connection, so insight becomes action rather than something you think about alone.
You decide what to share. The Circle will have clear confidentiality agreements, and the aim is to create a thoughtful professional environment where participants can speak honestly without pressure to overshare.
The included one-to-one session gives you space to focus on a live career question. For women navigating a particularly high-stakes, complex or confidential decision, limited one-to-one Career Wealth Advisory support may be available after the Circle by application.
You receive the complete programme at a reduced introductory rate because you are joining the first live cohort and agreeing to provide candid feedback that helps refine the experience. Honest feedback is welcome; a positive review or testimonial is never expected.
Yes. You can pay in full (£995) or in three monthly payments of £333, which is £999 in total. Tell me your preference on our connection call and the details will be included with your offer of a place.
Potentially, yes. If you would like to seek employer sponsorship, email me at alicia@alicianoble.com for a short programme summary you can share with your manager, HR or L&D team. Your employer can be invoiced directly.
Alicia Noble is a trading name of Noble Arc Limited, my company. Your invoice will come from Noble Arc Limited, and Noble Arc is the name you will see on your bank or card statement. Noble Arc Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the fee.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, I may withdraw the Circle, and you will receive a full refund. The full cancellation and refund terms are set out in the participant agreement, which you will receive with your offer of a place, before any payment is requested.
I read every application myself and reply within two working days. If the Circle looks like a good fit, I will invite you to a connection call, so we can talk through what you would like to get out of it in more detail, and you can get to know me. If we both feel it is right, I will offer you a place, with the participant agreement and payment details. Nothing is payable until you have been offered a place and chosen to accept it. Applications close on Sunday 1 November 2026, or earlier if the cohort is full.
Your next move does not begin with working harder. It begins with recognising what you have already built, deciding what matters now and taking one well-chosen step towards the future you want.
