1. Who we are

Noble Arc Limited ("Noble Arc", "we", "us" or "our") is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Alicia Noble is a trading name of Noble Arc Limited. This notice covers positioned.alicianoble.com and applications for Positioned. The Founding Circle.

2. Information we collect

  • Application information you give us: your name, email address, LinkedIn profile (optional), role, organisation or sector, your description of your current career situation, the Career Wealth dimensions you select, and your confirmations at the end of the form.
  • Your marketing preference, if you choose to tick the optional box to hear about future programmes, offers and updates.
  • Connection-call booking details, if you book a call through Calendly: your name, email address, chosen time and anything you add to the booking.
  • If you take the free assessment, the information described in our wider privacy notice, collected through ScoreApp.
  • If you are offered and accept a place: booking, invoicing and payment information. We do not receive your full card details when you pay through a hosted payment page.
  • Correspondence you send us.
  • Website and device information held in server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

The application form is about your career. Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal details. If you choose to mention something such as burnout, we will use it only to understand your application.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful bases

Review your application, reply to you, hold a connection call and, if appropriate, offer you a place

Deliver the programme, take payment and provide support if you join

Applying does not add you to a mailing list. We only send marketing email if you tick the optional box, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Applications are read and decided by Alicia personally. We do not make automated decisions about applicants.

4. Who receives information

  • Hostinger, which hosts this website, processes the application form and provides our alicianoble.com email.
  • Calendly, if you book a connection call.
  • Hyper Targeted Marketing Limited, trading as ScoreApp, if you take the free assessment.
  • Microsoft, through Microsoft 365, which supports our email and records.
  • Our payment provider, if you join and pay through a hosted payment page.
  • Google, which serves the typefaces used on this page. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address.
  • Professional advisers, insurers and accountants where reasonably necessary, and public authorities where the law requires.

Your application is not shared with other applicants or participants. We do not sell personal information.

5. International transfers

Some providers or their sub-processors may access or store personal information outside the UK. Where this is a restricted transfer, we rely on an applicable legal safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep information

Applications that do not lead to a place
6 months after the application closes or our last meaningful contact
Participant, contract and service records
6 years after the programme ends, where reasonably needed for legal claims
Transaction, invoice and accounting records
6 years from the end of the company financial year to which they relate
Marketing contacts
Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, or 24 months pass without meaningful engagement. A minimal suppression record may be kept afterwards.
Session recordings, where all participants have consented
Deleted within 30 days of the live Implementation Circle
Security and access logs
Normally up to 90 days

7. Cookies and analytics

This page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Hostinger keeps server logs and aggregate hosting statistics needed to operate and secure the site. We will not add Google Analytics, advertising pixels or similar tracking without first updating this notice and adding any consent controls the law requires.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, account security and encrypted transmission. No internet service is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the form or ordinary email.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to be informed, to access your information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can object to direct marketing at any time. To exercise a right, email alicia@alicianoble.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and we normally respond within one month.

10. Complaints

If you are concerned about how we use your information, please email alicia@alicianoble.com with "Privacy complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge it within 30 days and respond without undue delay. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to contact us first.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our website, services, providers or legal duties change, and will update the date at the top when we do.
